John Baker is an theoretical physicist/astrophysicist in the Gravitational Astrophysics Laboratory at NASAs Goddard Space Flight Center whose work addresses questions of gravitational wave science, especially those related to the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna. This work includes numerical relativity simulations of black hole mergers and preparatory data analysis projects such as the Mock LISA Data Challenges.
